Staging and Design Projects
For a home in Kirkland, Washington, I helped bring some modern and cozy vibes to this open plan living space with textural neutrals and a few pops of color! Sofa and swivel chair from Castlery, barstools and dining chairs from CB2, dining table from Pottery Barn, mirror from Lulu and Georgia.
After and before photos of this beautiful master bedroom with expansive windows for a home in Seattle’s Broadview/Bitter Lake neighborhood. I was able to transform what looks like a small, uninviting space into a cozy, elegant oasis to relax after a busy day!
Through home staging, I was able to show that this otherwise empty bedroom can double as a bedroom and study space. Now, we can all picture ourselves gazing out that big window while we do our homework!
This five-bedroom home in Bothell needed some TLC and a vision of how comfortable and upscale it could be. I was able to provide beautiful, velvet sofas for this large den, which coordinated with a blue theme throughout the home and I chose a farmhouse style for the furnishings and decor to flow with the farmhouse style of a fireplace surround in the formal living room.
For this three-story townhome in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, I was able to help the homeowner determine specifically what needed to be done to prepare the home for sale and then I staged it using some rented and some of the existing furniture. The home sold for well over asking price in just eight hours!
I recently staged this quaint 1920s home in the popular Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle. When I first saw the home, I knew I could better demonstrate its potential and enable buyers to fall in love with it through a few updates and staging it with just the right furnishings. The home sold after the first weekend open house significantly over asking price.
My first home staging project in Seattle was for a charming, but somewhat outdated mid-century home in the desirable Broadview neighborhood. I worked with the homeowner to bring a more modern look to the home and to provide furnishings that truly demonstrate the functionality of the space. The home was under contract for well over asking price in five days!
I created a multifunctional dressing room/office and bedroom space in the small upstairs of a 500-square-foot cottage in Seattle. In order to avoid blocking any of the natural light coming into the window, I made a low-profile headboard with quilted velvet to match the chair.
What a difference new paint and more modern decor and furnishings can make! I suggested that the homeowner paint the walls greige as well as remove the framing around the small windows to modernize the design and add tall drapes to enhance the size of the windows. I then staged the home with more contemporary furnishings that better demonstrated the size of the room.
